"I would just like to compliment your company on its excellent work, combined with very reasonable prices. Your employee was booked in for 3pm today. He rang at about 1.30pm to ask if he could come earlier, which was fine for us. He took about 1.5 hours (as you had suggested he would) to clean the large hall, landings and staircase. The 13 year old carpet, originally beige, was absolutely filthy, with some horrific, dark stains, and I confess, I did not hold out much hope. However, both my husband and I were amazed and delighted at the difference, especially on the stairs. Whilst I wouldn't go so far as to say it looks brand new, the improvement is dramatic, and I will certainly not only use your company again, if the need arises, but will recommend you to our friends."
