The decontamination and disinfection of residential and commercial buildings is achieved as thoroughly as possible through a combination of manual surface cleaning and virucide fogging. All our disinfectants meet BS EN 1276 and EN 14476 non-toxic detergent standards to kill viruses to 99.9999% efficiency without harsh chemical smells.
Touch points are manually deep cleaned by hand with strong virucide to ensure high risk areas are completely disinfected. These areas and items include computers, door handles, countertops, chairs and seating, worktops, desk, kitchens, sinks, taps, toilets, soap dispensers, lift doors and buttons, light switches, remote controls and panels, handrails, floors, stairs, walls, etc.
All other areas and items are fogged with virucide, this enables us to cover a greater area in less time with greater efficiency.
BS EN 1276 / EN 14476
BS EN 1276 is the European standard for the bactericidal activity of chemical disinfectants. To pass this standard, products must prove a germ kill rate of 99.9999% with a 5 minute contact time. The treatment we use is also EN14476 approved to kill all Cornonaviruses including Sars-CoV-2 which leads to the illness Covid-19.
Antiviral Fogging Disinfection Technique
Fogging is a method used to disperse virucides into the air. Similar to a mist, the microscopic droplets containing the virucide cleaning agent reach even the most secluded areas and evenly land on surfaces.
Within an hour, the droplets will air dry on their own leaving disinfected surfaces. The premise can then be entered again.
This type of specialist disinfection is suitable for homes and commercial premises including shops, hair and nail salons, cinemas, theatres, schools, nurseries and even vehicles such as buses, delivery cars and vans.

Q: Are your cleaning services effective against COVID-19?
A: The disinfection treatments we use meet EN 14476:2103 + A2:2109 standards and can therefore be regarded as effective against coronaviruses including the SARS-CoV-2 strain.
Q: What testing is done?
A: We use QAT/QAC test strips to ensure adequate solution has been used during fogging. The results will be provided on request together with your certificate of cleaning.
Q: Is Virucide harmful to surfaces?
A: Virucide will not deteriorate, damage or harm common surfaces such as countertops, work surfaces, upholstery, wood floors, carpet or painted walls. Our team may spot delicate items and perform alternative cleaning techniques if required.
Q: Does Virucide fogging cause damage to electronics?
A: Virucide does not damage electronics because the mist produced is extremely fine, yet effective. You will not have to remove computers, TVs or anything of the like from the premises before fogging. However, electronics like laptops, desktop and computer accessories will be deep cleaned and disinfected by hand before the fogging process.
Q: What is the waiting period before we can access the property or vehicle after a decontamination service?
A: Wait at least 1 hour before returning. Air out as necessary (i.e. open windows/doors).
Q: Can you provide RAMS, COSHH, Insurance?
A: Yes, on request we can supply a risk assessment, method statement, COSHH assesment and insurance documents.
Q: Do you provide a certificate after cleaning?
A: Yes on completion we will send a proof of cleaning certificate to you with your company name on it like the photo above.
